Anelyn

Anelyn is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor in the Kripalu tradition, which celebrates the body's return to balance by increasing awareness and the awakening of prana (breath/lifeforce).  She has been working in the biotech industry for the last eight years, and has personally witnessed how yoga can reduce stress, improve concentration, and foster a sense of peacefulness in an often competitive, chaotic environment.  Through a compassionate approach and creative posture and breath sequencing, she encourages her students to observe their own self-discoveries without judgment.

Stephen

After working in the corporate world for 6 years, Stephen knew that something had to change. Because each day had become a cycle of endless calculations, phone calls, and e-mails, he began feeling passive in his own life, often times neglecting to take ample time to rejuvenate and heal himself. After some self-evaluation and deliberation, he decided to become an active participant in his career and life by enrolling at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Pompton Lakes, NJ. Inspired by an improved sense of well-being and positivity, Stephen also earned a certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He graduated from the School of Integrative Therapies in June 2006 where he developed his skills in Structural Integration. He is also certified in orthopedic massage from OMERI. He  teaches massage at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage. He is dedicated to bringing health and wellness to others.

in 2008 Stephen completed his 200-hour teacher training with Yogaworks, a system based upon Iyengar and Ashtanga principles.  His style utilizes the building of intelligent sequences to prepare the body for postures of increasing challenge.
